Physical Therapy Professional Center is located in Gaithersburg, MD. It was established in 2003 by Natalia Gerachenko, PT, MPT, BS, CLT with the solo mission of helping patients recover and strive.

To this day, PT PRO, remains to be a boutique practice dedicated to this mission. As the practice grows and expands, our relationship with our patients grows as well, showing that together, as a team, we can achieve incredible rehabilitative results!
